PRODUCT RANGE

IWT’s field expertise is extensive, from compact in-line bottle washers through up to fully integrated automated processing lines for trays and boxes.

We are well known for different types of high throughput cart washers, filter washers and GMP compliant glassware washers. All our washers are backed by purpose engineered logistic equipment such as crates, boxes, transport trolleys and presentation racks.

These are key elements to make operations both effective and efficient per your organisation.

For several years now IWT has offered turn-key solutions for decontamination of heat sensitive equipment, integrating our range of stainless steel material locks and large pass-through chambers, together with the most popular decontamination technologies such as hydrogen peroxide vapour and chlorine dioxide gas offering you greater flexibility.
QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION

All IWT washers reflect such a commitment in their manufacturing quality, from the gleaming cabinet work, the consistent care in assembly, finely polished welds, rounded edges, to the self-draining pipe-work to prevent dirt traps and water stagnation.

Only the finest components on the market are chosen, including industrial PLCs, flow meters, pneumatic valves, tri-clamp connections and sanitary pumps, as required.

Through long lasting and proven relationships with Pharma and Biotech companies, IWT is now able to provide GMP compliant standards as well as validated washing and decontamination processes.
DOCUMENTATION AND VALIDATION

Few things more than the excellence of documentation reflect the quality culture of a company.

At IWT we have a team of 4 people fully devoted to generating the company documentation of each piece of equipment leaving our factories. IWT equipment documentation is always tailor-made in its format and content and gives full details of the client, the serial number and the CE mark. (as displayed on the plaque on the equipment itself)

This is to ensure full and immediate traceability for the whole lifespan as well as material and components data sheets and GMP style documentation package, which is inclusive of the operation and maintenance manuals, the spare parts list, the electrical diagram, the P&ID schematic and the pneumatic diagram.

On request IWT is keen (and organised) to offer and perform full validation of equipment and their process, such as FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ, inclusive of factory challenge test and/or field microbiological tests.

Our washers have always been designed and validated keeping in mind the detrimental impact to our environment with the use of polluted hot water and detergent.

Separate circuits and holding tanks, thorough to spray coverage, wash water reuse as well as accurate insulation minimise energy and water consumption, leading often to major reductions in operating costs.
