KSI i-Ingot型全自動晶錠分析檢測系統
新型KSI i-Ingot適用于對晶錠的無損檢測，有了它，晶錠內部的裂縫或雜質就能得到快速檢測，晶錠的尺寸可達450mm，檢測時間短，也不需要做其它設定。
